Marco Roll
As a coach, I only want the best for my team and the development of the individual players is important to me. That's why I also deal with each player individually, whether it's football-specific or mental.

My passion for football was already evident when I was five years old.
Before I was born, I was already giving off signs in my mother's stomach when my father was watching football. At the age of 5, I started my official football career for the first time at SV Hirschstetten, in Vienna.
Back then, football at 5 years old was very different and is no comparison for the adult sector. But from the beginning I knew that I loved the sport and I set myself the goal of making it to the professional level.
I invested a lot of time in the training sessions, always gave my best both in the training sessions and in matches and was always allowed to be with the older players.
Despite several offers from well-known clubs that would have given me the chance to turn professional, it became increasingly difficult to take the next steps into the professional field due to several injuries.
As football is one of my passions, I decided to continue pursuing my dream in football and started my career as a coach.
A personal concern is open communication between the club and the coaching team. A shared future with defined goals is also important, as is the freedom as a coaching team to make its own decisions based on its experience with the team.
Working together will bring the club and all those who belong to it forward.
It gives me a lot of pleasure when I see the joy and passion for football in the players, when we make progress as a team, but also when we overcome setbacks together.
Discipline and willpower is a must here!
Variety and targeted training is adapted to the team, and the team also gets to know my ideas and handwriting.
My personal development as a coach is equally important to me. I am willing to put a lot of time into football. Because of my determination and commitment, I already invest a lot of time off the field in my passion.
